The hotel requires guests to confirm their arrival time on the island 1-2 days before arrival. If a different ferry company has been booked, the guest is required to confirm with hotel about the exact arrival time otherwise the pick up service is not guaranteed. Please contact the hotel for more information.

Please note that the hotel provides a free shuttle drop-off service to Mae Haad Pier 3 times a day. This is a drop-off only. The drop-off shuttle leaves daily from Pinnacle Koh Tao Resort at 08:15, 13:00 and 18:00 hrs. There are 1 return shuttles from the pier to the hotel at 21:30. The hotel requires guests to book the seat 1 hour prior to the departure. The schedule may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Please contact the hotel’s reception for more information.

Prettig en fijn verblijf voor een prima prijs.
Locatie en uitzicht & personeel.
Resort is best wel een rommel. Overal ligt wel troep en het is een beetje een oud en vervallen resort. Het zou goed zijn om wat onderhoud te plegen om het resort op te knappen. Zeker badkamers en buitenkant van resort.

Très bien
Établissement avec une vue magnifique.
Hôtel vieillissant, quelques travaux d’entretien à effectuer. (Mon conjoint s’est appuyé sur la rambarde du balcon quand une planche a céder et est tombée au sol 2m plus bas).

Het uitzicht was waanzinnig en de kamer was lekker ruim met ook nog een groot balkon.
Er was veel achterstallig onderhoud. Dat was overal wel te zien. Ook het ontbijt was niet super.
