The drop-off shuttle leaves daily from Pinnacle Koh Tao Resort at 08:15, 13:00 and 18:00 hrs. There are 1 return shuttles from the pier to the hotel at 21:30. Good stay but could be very good with a bit of care and attention

Superb hosts Scooters to hire from property at a reasonable rate Room size was very good Views were really nice Hotel offered pick up and drop off from ferry port

Ants in bathroom running along sink/ Few large insects had got into the room also Pool location down a very steep hill/ A LOT of steps Pool not clean and definitely needed more maintenance to get up to standard

Very Good

Beautiful views on the side of a hill. There is a shuttle bus but has limited trips into town.

Lots of steps to get anywhere, ie breakfast, the pool or the beach. I was fine I don’t mind a step or 50. My friend with a bad knee had some troubles, but they will drive you to breakfast or the pool. Lots of steep hills on the island, so we chose not to hire motorbikes. You really do need them if you are at the accomodation.

Beautiful location

The view makes the hotel. It’s in an incredible location, I recommend renting mopeds to get around however as taxis are expensive for how far you have to go and Ko Tao is a small island to get around. Staff also very helpful and friendly to help anytime of day!

You can tell the hotel does not invest any money back into it, “bodge job” comes to mind, they definitely have not refurbished since it was built and it could do with being redecorated throughout. Our bungalow had leak marks, a hole in the ceiling, holes in the walls and the grouting in the bathroom was black. Breakfast also not worth getting up for as it is average, several lovely cafes 10 mines drive away. The place needs some love but for a couple of days it is cheap so apart from this overall the place was enjoyable.

Overall we had 4 very relaxing days. Thank you and a happy new year

Clean and silent. Beautiful rooms with even more beautiful view. The beakfast buffet was nice. Motorcycle rent is only few steps away. The reception lady was very nice with us. Even though we had problems with our arrival due to cancelling of our trip to Koh Tao, She didnt charge us extra and even helped us prolonging our stay with a free upgrade of the accommodation. ️

Great view, excellent shuttle, but short-staffed.

The shuttle service is excellent. The front desk is very responsive. Nice pool area, with a great view of the water and sunsets. Quiet, secluded area.

We stayed 7 nights. Our room did not have a sprayer by the toilet (standard in Thailand), and flushing paper is not allowed. The pool and bar were not staffed during the day (no towels or help with heavy umbrellas). The room cleaning was usually incomplete, and happened late in the day, even with the “please clean” sign on the door before 9am. Shower was not hot enough. No TV, but evidence of one there previously. It is on a steep hill. The stairs are uneven between the levels. The restaurant is ok for breakfast but the Thai food at dinner is bland and overpriced.

Wonderful

The staff were really friendly, breakfast was good, you have an amazing snorkeling area right on your doorstep. It's a bit far from Sairee Beach but you can rent a moped at the hotel for a decent price.

Breakfast could have more of a selection of fruit.

everything was great, but be prepared for a lot of stairs )

the view from the room and the restaurant was fantastic

a hotel is a little bit old ) the rooms and furniture, but when you are in paradise, it’s not so important. the bed and pillows were very comfortable

Amazing views You could walk down to the pool and hire snorkels on the beach and swim around with fish and turtles !! Watching the sunset from our room was beautiful Nice, spacious and clean rooms

A mission to get to and from if you don’t have a scooter but you would be silly to not get a scooter on Koh Tao as you wouldn’t be able to explore all the great places No tv ????

Good

Hidden away with a small private beach. Pool could do with some TLC. Lots of steps to get down to these and breakfast, which means lots of steps back up...good workout but not for those with health problems. Breakfast was adequate. The free shuttle was good, but could be a little scary at times depending on the driver. Taxis are expensive to get in and out of the area but a deal can be reached if you use the same person.

the resort was descibged as a seven. I would agree.

The room was spacious ( albeit a little tired ), the porch with the sea view was nice. The beaches near were quiet. The front desk staff used WhatsApp to communicate and it was brilliant The free shuttle was appreciated

the cleaning was done every day to be fair. The standard quite low. Food and drink at the resort expensive

Excellent stay, with beautiful views. Would highly recommend and stay again!

Amazing views, located on cliff top so overlooks the sea. Private beach is beautiful. Great place to go snorkelling. Pool area is great for some afternoon sunshine. Sun is on pool all day. Shuttle service provided for collection from pier and return. Extremely helpful in arranging a moped for us. General Manager is top tier, very welcoming to his guests, and gave great advice on places to visit and see. Would recommend a moped or mode of transport as it is a little out of the way from restaurants etc.

This is not a 4 star hotel, in need of major maintenance

The views are sensational, the nearby beach is great for snorkelling, paddle boarding and watching the sunset. There is a great beach bar/hut too. The pool itself is good and there are plenty of comfy loungers to soak up the sun. Breakfast is okay, nothing special but was fine for 3 days.

The hotel itself no longer looks like the pictures on the website and is in need of renovation. The bedrooms and bathrooms are run down. There was no TV in the room despite the website saying there was. Some of the staff were quite rude as well to us. The nicest man was the guy that drove their shuttle. In the future, if visiting this area, we would select the nearby viewpoint resort which was far superior and had excellent food and is in the same location.

The view is amazing, rooms are also nice and clean. The swimming pool area looks nice and the restaurant view is also amazing.

You have so much potential for this hotel, however you need to improve your customer service. Trying to call reception no one is responding, restaurant can be better with more choice and more refined cooking. Also sadly you don’t have a bar at swimming pool where we can buy some snack or drinks, you can even purpose cocktails at the bar and put some music at swimming pool also is no toilets down there. Location for sea view is very nice, however if you don’t have scooter I don’t recommended. I think is not worth it for the money.

Staff are friendly, beach is beautiful, quiet bungalows, slice of heaven

Good location. Very remote and quiet. There is a nice private beach down the hill where you can snorkel, turtles are very common on that beach seeing 3 of them myself. It feels very homely and the staff really care about your needs.

The one place I got bitten by Mosquitos repeatedly but it’s to be expected as you are in the jungle.

Amazing location! very quiet, beatyfull view and access to empty, almost private beach, a lot of restaurants in close area (accessible by 15 min walk). Nice pool.
