Please note that the hotel provides complimentary transfer service from Mae Haad Pier (at the meeting point) for the Lomprayah and Seatran Ferry companies. The hotel requires guests to confirm their arrival time on the island 1-2 days before arrival. If a different ferry company has been booked, the guest is required to confirm with hotel about the exact arrival time otherwise the pick up service is not guaranteed. Please contact the hotel for more information.

Please note that the hotel provides a free shuttle drop-off service to Mae Haad Pier 3 times a day. This is a drop-off only. The drop-off shuttle leaves daily from Pinnacle Koh Tao Resort at 08:15, 13:00 and 18:00 hrs. There are 1 return shuttles from the pier to the hotel at 21:30. The hotel requires guests to book the seat 1 hour prior to the departure. The schedule may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Please contact the hotel’s reception for more information.

Very Good

Beautiful views on the side of a hill. There is a shuttle bus but has limited trips into town.

Lots of steps to get anywhere, ie breakfast, the pool or the beach. I was fine I don’t mind a step or 50. My friend with a bad knee had some troubles, but they will drive you to breakfast or the pool. Lots of steep hills on the island, so we chose not to hire motorbikes. You really do need them if you are at the accomodation.

Beautiful location

The view makes the hotel. It’s in an incredible location, I recommend renting mopeds to get around however as taxis are expensive for how far you have to go and Ko Tao is a small island to get around. Staff also very helpful and friendly to help anytime of day!

You can tell the hotel does not invest any money back into it, “bodge job” comes to mind, they definitely have not refurbished since it was built and it could do with being redecorated throughout. Our bungalow had leak marks, a hole in the ceiling, holes in the walls and the grouting in the bathroom was black. Breakfast also not worth getting up for as it is average, several lovely cafes 10 mines drive away. The place needs some love but for a couple of days it is cheap so apart from this overall the place was enjoyable.

The view is amazing, rooms are also nice and clean. The swimming pool area looks nice and the restaurant view is also amazing.

You have so much potential for this hotel, however you need to improve your customer service. Trying to call reception no one is responding, restaurant can be better with more choice and more refined cooking. Also sadly you don’t have a bar at swimming pool where we can buy some snack or drinks, you can even purpose cocktails at the bar and put some music at swimming pool also is no toilets down there. Location for sea view is very nice, however if you don’t have scooter I don’t recommended. I think is not worth it for the money.

Excellent stay, with beautiful views. Would highly recommend and stay again!

Amazing views, located on cliff top so overlooks the sea. Private beach is beautiful. Great place to go snorkelling. Pool area is great for some afternoon sunshine. Sun is on pool all day. Shuttle service provided for collection from pier and return. Extremely helpful in arranging a moped for us. General Manager is top tier, very welcoming to his guests, and gave great advice on places to visit and see. Would recommend a moped or mode of transport as it is a little out of the way from restaurants etc.

Overall we had 4 very relaxing days. Thank you and a happy new year

Clean and silent. Beautiful rooms with even more beautiful view. The beakfast buffet was nice. Motorcycle rent is only few steps away. The reception lady was very nice with us. Even though we had problems with our arrival due to cancelling of our trip to Koh Tao, She didnt charge us extra and even helped us prolonging our stay with a free upgrade of the accommodation. ️

Staff are friendly, beach is beautiful, quiet bungalows, slice of heaven

Good location. Very remote and quiet. There is a nice private beach down the hill where you can snorkel, turtles are very common on that beach seeing 3 of them myself. It feels very homely and the staff really care about your needs.

The one place I got bitten by Mosquitos repeatedly but it’s to be expected as you are in the jungle.

the view from the room and the restaurant was fantastic

a hotel is a little bit old ) the rooms and furniture, but when you are in paradise, it’s not so important. the bed and pillows were very comfortable

Excellent views, little beach area down the hill from the rooms. Clean facilities as well.

Location is a bit remote so you are reliant on shuttles or taxis to go into town or back to the pier. But it's also nice to be away from the crowds.

The location was beautiful.

The location was beautiful. We had an amazing view of the sunset every evening from our balcony. There were 2 of us and there was plenty of space in the room. The pool was clean and large enough for a decent swim and the buffet breakfast was incredible!

It's only 3km from town but it's all hills plus the hotel is on a VERY steep hill. It's approx. 300 steps from the pool to the top and the cost for a taxi to and from town is 500B. They have shuttles but only one return which is at 930pm. Unfortunately I didn't find the staff very helpful when we had questions.

Beautiful place with magnificent views. The rooms were clean and comfy and the food was decent.

We had an amazing beach-front bungalow and we loved it. The Resort is built on the side of a mountain so there are many stairs. Something to keep in mind if you travels with young kids. The beach and snorkeling were really good. The only fault I can find with the resort is the lack of help if you want to get into town. It is quite a remote area and the road was being constructed (only accessible with a 4X4 or motorbikes). We had to drag our own luggage all the way up the stirs and we waited forever for the resort vehicle to come pick us up IN THE RAIN! I was not entertained. Breakfast had a complicated egg-system and it seemed a bit unnecessary. I really hope the manager/owner can look at this and fix the problem as it is otherwise an amazing resort.

It was clean.

It was clean. Nice view

Location, it's far from everything Amenities, only the restaurant was open. There are bars near the pool that were close. On the restaurant only Thai food was good. The rest was not. Cocktails are awful.

The location, although further away from massages,...

The location, although further away from massages, restaurants and entertainment ... that didn't matter in the slightest. (There is a free shuttle bus) It was beautiful and showed the island of Koh Tao at its best! Natural beauty, incredible view. Gorgeous private beach with snorkelling equipment , ideal pool, great breakfast and most of all amazing staff! We booked for 4 days and stayed for another 5 after.

Nothing, it was perfect. If we were being picky we would say a massage or some form of something on site would be good incase of a rainy day in.

A mesmerising view, perfect location and a true rich experience

Truly a heavenly experience with a Perfect Location ... the view was breathtaking ... yes you are away from the other more crowded places in Koch Tao, but that’s what the good doctor ordered I suppose :) ...

Since we have to make it up to write something here, well you need to be in a good health condition to walk up and down the various steps.. can’t help it, cause the property is on a hill :) .. so it’s not really their Downside but something you need to be working on.

Paradise found

Extremely friendly staff who made our 3 weeks really “ paradise home “ out of home . Patric made every effort to help . The guys in restaurant were amazing! Choice of food in the restaurant, quality and service exceptional! Clean bungalow, you could eat from floor! Great exercise climbing the hills for “young retirees “ ! Shuttle service with friendly and skilled drivers worked to our satisfaction !

Great view but the hotel is old and dirty.

The location and the view is great!

The staff was very friendly but had no clue of English. Every day I found cockroaches, ants and spiders from all sizes in my room, house keeping couldn’t clean them until I asked them twice to swipe the floor.

Great quiet resort. Quaint in some aspects. Nice staff.

Lovely view, swimming pool and beach close together. Good options in the room such as a range of glasses for drinking. Great view from balcony. Super clean swimming pool, great view from there.

Steep hill to get to resort. Need transport. Some of the facilities looked slightly tired and need attention.
